Here’s How to Solve It | ReviewTrackers We've discontinued all paid features the rep set up on our account, received a copy/paste response to our complaint with Yelp, and now have a awful distaste for the Yelp brand and their lack of integrity. Instead, we've been billed several hundred dollars for the ads and paid features the rep set up, no credit has appeared, and our leads are still badly mistargeted. If we were happy with the new leads he was able to generate, we could continue paid ads once the credit was exhausted. The rep offered to login and design/optimize our page features, saying the promotional credit would cover the cost for about a month of advertising once he was done setting it up. We explained we've not had good leads in previous advertising with Yelp and were not interested. Literal theft with no accountability for the words and actions of their employees.Īn advertising rep called our office and offered us a $900 promotional credit to try Yelp ads. ![]()
